Pura Vida is a peaceful 30A retreat set in the quiet, nature-filled Treetop Community. This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath coastal home is designed for relaxed family getaways, with easy access to the beach, dining, entertainment, and a calmer setting to return to after full days along the coast.
Inside, the home offers a comfortable layout with all bedrooms on the second floor. Two king bedrooms each feature ensuite bathrooms, while the bunk room includes three twin-over-twin bunks and its own ensuite, making it ideal for kids or groups.
Guests can enjoy access to the community pool, private Seacrest Beach entry with provided wristbands, and two included bikes for exploring nearby 30A. Back at home, the outdoor entertainment area, gas grill, and outdoor shower make beach days and casual evenings easy.
Additional conveniences include a Keurig Duo coffee maker, washer and dryer, self-check-in, full linen package, and starter supplies for a smooth arrival.
Attention: Due to the HOA rules and restrictions in this neighborhood, there will be an additional $250 fee to cover violations you may incur during your stay. If you do not incur any violations, your fee will be refunded within 30 days of your departure date.
