•Pool heat is a paid feature and must be requested 24-48 hours before the day of check-in.
•Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (April 1 - October 31).
Parking Details:
•Parking for vehicles is limited to the driveway boundary only. No vehicles shall be parked on any streets, sidewalks, lawns, or vacant lots. Violations of the parking policy will result in towing at the owner's expense, without notice. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure that emergency vehicles have clear access through the streets at all times.
Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 30 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.
