It's less than 20 minutes from the theme parks. You're a quick trip from Disney World, Universal Studios, or one of Orlando's epic water parks or other diversions.

The togetherness of the wide-open great room. Even with a capacity group of 20, there's room for everyone in the home's main area, which consists of a conjoined kitchen, living room, and dining room. Amid the blissful chaos, there's even a cool two-person table setup for a game of chess or cards.

The fully enclosed pool and spa. Thanks to a full-length safety fence, you'll never have to worry that your littlest ones enter the pool area without your knowledge. And thanks to the screen surrounding the entire backyard, you can rest assured that you and the other swimmers are safe from bugs/weather/other outdoor pests.

Lakeside dinners. Outside dinners are awesome. Outside dinners overlooking a nearby body of water are THE BEST. Here, you can have one every night thanks to the patio dining set and the lake directly behind the property.

Late-night games in the billiard room. The kids are safe in bed after immediately conking out after your day at Disney. And where are you? Setting down your drink just long enough to chalk up your stick and bank a stripe in the corner like someone who actually practices this.

•This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. However, pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
•Pool heat is a paid feature and must be requested 24-48 hours before the day of check-in.
•Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (April 1 - October 31).

•Please make sure you park only in the designated property parking locations. If your home offers street parking, please make sure you read all posted signage.
Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 30 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.
