•A maximum of 2 pets is allowed at this property at a fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
•Trash is collected on Monday mornings; bins may block cars from Sunday night through Monday evening (5:30 pm).
•Please note: The laundry room is shared with the downstairs tenant.
•The laundry room should not be left unattended and unlocked. Please ensure it is locked at all times, even while loads are running.
•The building has two floors. This unit is on the upstairs floor; the downstairs is occupied by another tenant.
Parking Details:
•Guests may park in any spaces except the two spots closest to the garbage bins (furthest from the ocean), which are reserved for the downstairs tenants. Signage will be provided on-site for clarity. The parking space is located to the left and on the walkway path.
