•Guests may walk up to the picnic table on the dock, but do not have access to the boat dock.
•Stays over 30 nights require mid-cleanings.
•Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
•Please note that this is a five-unit building, and both units are located downstairs.
•Only Unit B offers water views; Unit E does not.
•A coin-operated washer and dryer are available and shared between all five units.
•Please note that there is no A/C; however, large fans are provided. For better airflow, we recommend placing the fans near the windows to help circulate cool air indoors.
•The kitchenette does not include an oven or dishwasher.
•Please note that cell reception may be limited in this area. To stay connected, join the WiFi network provided and enable WiFi calling on your phone.
Parking Details:
•Unit B has one reserved parking space on the right side of the garage.
•Unit E has no designated parking and only has access to street parking on Fernando or Coronado St - Street cleaning on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:30 am until 12:30 pm. Parking can be very difficult to find during the summer and holidays.
Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 30 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.
