•Home has a total of four floors, with each level separated by sixteen steps.
•This home allows small dogs only (under 25 lbs, max 1) for a fee with prior approval from AvantStay. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.

Parking Details:
•2 car garage can only fit medium to compact cars. Extra large vehicles will not fit due to the height of the garage door. The driveway must not be blocked at any time since it's shared with neighbors. Street parking is also available.
Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 30 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.
