•Casa Rosada: Please note the first and second floors are not connected through the interior of the home. Each floor must be accessed separately from the exterior.
•The communal pool is not heated.
•Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
•Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time.
•The maximum occupancy for this property includes infants and babies. Please ensure that the total number of guests, including children, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.
Parking Details:
•Casa Rosada: Parking is available for 4 vehicles onsite.
•Point Break: Onsite parking available for up to 3-4 cars. Boat parking is allowed.
Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 30 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.
