•The home is in downtown Cayucos, next to beach access and a nearby hotel. Street and pedestrian noise should be expected.
•Tar can occasionally be present on the sand. Please use caution, as it may stick to feet, towels, and shoes.
•On the 4th of July, the road leading to the home may be closed due to local festivities.
•The charcoal burner is NOT for guest use and should not be operated under any circumstances.
