The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for at-home meals, with a breakfast nook for two and a dining area that encourages leisurely gatherings.
Four ensuite bedrooms provide private sanctuaries for up to nine guests. Two king suites ensure spacious comfort, while the additional queen and twin combinations make group travel effortless. Each bedroom comes with its own bathroom, offering convenience and privacy, with spa-like touches such as a soaking tub and walk-in showers.

Home Truths:
The beach access path is in front of the home across the street. You must be 25 years or older to book this home. Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September. Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels. The Ocean Point pool is open year-round and is not heated. Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking. Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $1000 per pet. Fireplaces are not for guest use. Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes. Guests have access to the large Ocean Point pool area and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
Parking Details:
On-site parking is available, with space for up to 4 cars in the garage and driveway. Please note, alternate parking is not available.
Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 30 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.

This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee.
