•The home is located outside the city, a short drive from downtown, in a developing neighborhood where conditions can vary significantly from block to block. It also sits on a main road, so some traffic and road noise should be expected.
•The kitchen is small and does not have a dishwasher. There is also no washer or dryer in the home.
•The home does not have central air conditioning or forced-air heating. Window AC units are provided in each room.
•The bathroom is only accessible through the master bedroom.

•One assigned uncovered parking space is available in the driveway. Up to two vehicles may park in tandem on the right side of the driveway; the left side is reserved for the permanent residents of the main house.
