•There is a golf cart onsite that can be rented for an additional fee, through Charleston Golf Cart Company, after their arrival. Guests should contact the golf cart company directly for more information.
•From May to October these beaches are home to nesting sea turtles. To protect these turtles guests will be expected to turn off all outdoor lights and close the blinds at night from 10pm to dawn.
•This home allows up to 2 pets, approved in advance, for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
•This home does not have access to a pool.
•Beach chairs and beach towels are not provided.
•Fireplaces are not for guest use.
•This house is located in a quiet residential community, and Folly Beach has a strict noise ordinance starting at 10 PM. To comply with this ordinance, we use noise sensors in our properties. Please be mindful of your neighbors.
•Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach---or the entire beach---may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
