•You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
•Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
•Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
•Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
•The Port O Call pool is open year-round but not heated.
•There is a community grill available.
•Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
•Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
•Guests have access to the Port O Call pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
•Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach---or the entire beach---may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.

•There are two parking spots available.
•To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.
All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.
