•Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
•Please note that there is no washer or dryer inside the unit. Shared, paid laundry facilities are located on the 4th floor, behind the elevator, within the same building.
Parking Details:
•The home includes one designated parking space. Guests may also park in unassigned spaces on either side of the parking lot, as long as the space is not marked as assigned to another unit. A parking pass is required and will be provided; lost parking passes may be subject to a replacement fee.
All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.
