The Salty Pearl is a three-story Emerald Coast retreat built for big gatherings --- the kind of place where 16 people can spread out across three floors and still find their own quiet corner. Six bedrooms and five bathrooms give every traveler room to breathe, with contemporary interiors that lean into clean lines, soft coastal tones, and the kind of considered design that makes a vacation home feel curated rather than just stocked.
The living room anchors the main level, with comfortable seating arranged around a television and sliding doors that open straight to the backyard --- the indoor-outdoor flow that defines a great Florida stay. Just off the living and kitchen area, a screened-in front balcony makes an easy spot for an open-air dinner --- all the breeze without the bugs. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything a group needs to pull off a low-key breakfast or a full sit-down dinner, and two full washer-and-dryer sets take the sting out of sandy beach days and damp swimsuits --- no waiting your turn with a houseful of people.
A dedicated wet bar keeps the entertaining easy, with a mini fridge, ice maker, sink, and bar stools to gather around. Paired with its own smart TV, it's a natural hub for a group movie night once the sun goes down.
Outside is where this home really earns its keep. A private pool and hot tub take center stage, surrounded by loungers built for slow afternoons with a book and a cold drink. The patio offers space for shaded gatherings. The home sits at the western end of Scenic Highway 30A, the stretch of Walton County coastline known for sugar-white sand, emerald water, and a string of distinct beach communities, each with its own personality. The beach is just steps away and easily walkable --- Dune Allen Beach Access sits right down the street, with Gulfview Heights and Ed Walline access points a short drive or bike ride away --- three solid options for a day on the Gulf without the parking gymnastics of more crowded stretches. Stinky's Fish Camp is steps from the door and an easy walk, an only-on-30A spot for fresh Gulf seafood and a lively local crowd. Gulf Place Town Center is the closest hub for casual dining and shopping, with Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar's rooftop views and Pizza by the Sea both within easy reach. When a sweet tooth strikes, Pecan Jack's Ice Cream and Blue Mountain Beach Creamery are a quick golf cart ride away.
