•Rideshare and taxi service is extremely hard to arrange last minute. Please try your best to schedule these services in advance if they are needed.
•Please note that the home does get warm during the day in the summer. The air conditioning is running properly but due to the house being old, it is hard for the ac to keep up.
•Each closet has a fan for the guest to use. We also recommend keeping the doors shut and sliding glass doors on the patio shut.
•Please note that the downstairs shower is located in the hallway and has minimal privacy.
•Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am
•Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
•The property south of the home is currently under construction, which may result in noise between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
•Please note that the backyard is part of Hilton Head's natural dune preservation area, and guests may encounter natural elements such as wildlife and sand spurs. We highly recommend wearing shoes when walking from the house to the beach.
