•Please note that this is a five-unit building; units A and D are located upstairs, while units B, C, and E are located downstairs.
•Only Units A and B have water views; Units C, D, and E do not have water views.
•A coin-operated washer and dryer are available and shared between all five units.
•Please note that there is no A/C; however, large fans are provided. For better airflow, we recommend placing the fans near the windows to help circulate cool air indoors.
•The kitchenette does not include an oven or dishwasher.

Parking Details:
•Unit B has one reserved parking space in the garage.
•Units A, C, D, and E have no designated parking and only have access to street parking on Fernando or Coronado St - Street cleaning on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:30 am until 12:30 pm. Parking can be very difficult to find during the summer and holidays.
All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.
