Emerald Coast draws large groups with its coastline, water activities, and outdoor dining culture. Groups find everything from family reunions to bachelorette weekends and destination weddings, all centered around the water and year-round sunshine. A single large home becomes your group's private beach resort. Groups prefer staying in one home in Emerald Coast over booking multiple hotel rooms because they stay connected, cook together, share common spaces, and often cut nightly costs in half. That single home becomes the heart of the trip rather than just a place to sleep.
We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The living area was extremely spacious and comfortably accommodated our group, with plenty of seating for a large family to relax and spend time together. The dining space was equally impressive, offering generous counter space along with a large dining table that made meals easy and enjoyable. The main bedroom was excellent, with a conveniently located en-suite bathroom that added both comfort and privacy. The second bedroom was thoughtfully set up, featuring a good-sized bed along with bunk beds, making it ideal for a family with up to four children to sleep comfortably. The condo was spotless upon arrival and very well equipped with all the essentials needed for a relaxing stay, including a coffee maker, toaster, and a full set of utensils. It truly felt welcoming and well cared for. The pool and hot tub were both heated and exceptionally clean, which was a great bonus. The walk to the beach was only about three minutes and provided easy access to a public beach, so there were no concerns there at all. Parking was also very convenient, with ample space for two cars underneath the condo, keeping them shaded and protected.Overall, we would absolutely recommend this condo to friends and family, and we would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.
Overall this property was great. Communication was great right from the start, and we found the house to be exactly as advertised. The kitchen and living space was really large and spacious, definitely made for a comfortable experience for our group. The piece that was the biggest plus was the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom - that was the deciding factor for us when we booked and it was perfect. The bedrooms were spacious as well. The house was very clean, and location was excellent with easy access to the beach. The enclosed backyard also made it great for our dogs. The only minuses were the cost to heat the pool - it was a much higher quote than other properties we were looking at, so we didn’t opt to do it. Unfortunately the water was pretty chilly while we were there in April, so we didn’t utilize the pool much at all. The grill could use a good cleaning (a lot of grease in the catch pan - make sure you have salt on hand), and the lounge chairs in the backyard could use replacing. But overall, minor inconveniences in the long run - we would gladly stay again.
► BEAUTIFUL PLACE! • House was clean and in great condition • Sliding doors in living room open wide leaving the room exposed. We opened the doors in the morning to let the breeze in because the weather was perfect! • The walk to the beach is so close, you almost don't even need the golf cart. However, we still used it to haul our beach items, which was very nice! •If you're an ice cream lover, this house couldn't be in a better spot. Blue Mountain Creamery is practically in the front yard. • Restaurants and stores in walking distance • Family oriented
► BE MINDFUL OF: • The golf cart is considered a low-speed vehicle, therefore, children under 5 must be in a car seat. • The pool was on the smaller side but was perfect for 4 toddlers to swim and play. If your group plans to spend a lot of time at the pool and has several adults, it could get crowded quick. • The grill was not in the best condition. The grill plates need a deep clean and there was a gas leak from the propane tank.
