Explore Group Homes in Park CityNo splitting across hotel rooms. No coordinating check-ins at separate properties. One home, one experience, your whole group together from arrival to check-out.
Square footage is the starting point, not the finish line. Our large group homes are selected for open-plan living areas, outdoor spaces, and amenities — private pools, game rooms, wraparound decks — that make a group trip actually work.
Every AvantStay property is professionally inspected and hotel-clean before you arrive. What you see in the listing is exactly what you get, backed by 24/7 support throughout your stay.
Park City's mountain scenery and outdoor recreation — skiing and mountain biking — make it a natural gathering point for large groups. Whether it's winter skiing or summer hiking, the landscape provides a shared experience and gives groups a built-in daily rhythm. A large mountain home becomes the comfortable hub for it all. Groups prefer staying in one home in Park City over booking multiple hotel rooms because they stay connected, cook together, share common spaces, and often cut nightly costs in half. That single home becomes the heart of the trip rather than just a place to sleep.
The folks at AvantStay were exceptionally helpful throughout the process, from aiding with check-in, check-out details, providing descriptions and details, and most of all, welcoming us to an amazing and beautiful spot (they even left us some small welcome gifts!). The house was very spacious and beautifully laid out with lots of fun little corners. It's such a beautiful and luxuriously decorated space. We kept finding new treasures walking around! While it was part of a cul-de-sac, it still felt isolated with us having our own corners for the hot tub or any gatherings. Speaking of the hot tub, it's big and fairly comfortably fit half of the 16 of us at a time.
The bedrooms were isolated and big enough that the 16 of us felt very comfortable retreating to our rooms or being part of the main living room at any point. WiFi was quick and not an issue. The shuttle stop was about a 10 minute walk (a little work for those wearing ski boots) but still convenient. The shuttle to the Park City mountain village slopes was about 15-20 minutes from the stop and takes you right to the front of the slopes. If driving, there are two garages (empty) that could fit a car each and still space for parking 2 cars outside the garage doors.
We had no issues throughout the stay, but AvantStay folks were checking in every once in a while, and so felt assured any issues would get resolved quickly. A worry-free trip for sure, especially given the stresses of trying to please a large group of 16. Would definitely stay with AvantStay again.
We had a group of 9, including two young teens, several young adults and parents. This space offered plenty for everyone to have their own rooms, plenty of bathrooms, an amazing theatre room (could use better directions on all the remotes) and so many activities and games for the evening. We primarily chose this rental for the ease of location to the new East Village at Deer Valley, and it was so convenient. We were on the ski lift within 10-15 minutes after leaving the condo. The hot tub was in a bit of disrepair, possibly from previous renters that went unnoticed, but we were able to locate the chemicals to clean it and notified the mgmt company to repair it after our departure, as it was still usable for us. The management company was extremely responsive with any questions or communication. Five stars for them!!!The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses and some spices, however we couldn’t locate any dish towels and had to use a lot of paper towel, which felt wasteful. Powdered laundry detergent was provided however no dryer sheets or liquid, which we are used to being available at previous rentals. Just a note to bring your own if that’s important to you. Overall, I think our group agreed that this was the best rental we have had, with so much space for everyone, games to play in the evening, and large enough to allow the adults to find some quiet when the young teens were noisy and we needed some distance. We will definitely consider renting again!!!
The house was as-advertised, the property managers were incredibly responsive (above and beyond most VRBO rentals), and the location was perfect. This multi-level home is cut into the side of a mountain. There are lots of various nooks/hangout places for different sub-groups to congregate. However, if stairs present an obstacle to anyone in your group, this is not the right house for you.We were a group of 15, and did not feel crowded. We spent a lot of time in the main family room/kitchen & there was room for everyone. The bar area above the family room is a particular gem. There were a few hiccups during our stay (e.g. entry code didn't work), but the property managers were incredibly responsive. I would recommend that the managers supply some basic cleaning supplies (like some spray cleanser for sticky spills), more ice melt, and better shovels for the driveway, and note that the dishwasher is the kind where you have to handwash before using. They offer a mid-stay clean, which I highly recommend if you are a large group. It snowed during our stay, and while this is at the top of a cul-de-sac, a plowing company came & we didn't have trouble getting in/out. You do have to shovel the driveway out -- fortunately, I had kids for that task :) I kind of regret forgoing the pricey private chef meal drop-off add-on service. We ordered door-dash a few times and were not so impressed with the local restaurants.Overall, the house was perfect for our family vacation.
