THE HOME
High Note is a three-story townhome with modern design, plenty of space for groups, and a corner balcony overlooking the neighborhood. It's an ideal home base for families, friends, and groups who want easy access to downtown Nashville without staying in the middle of the crowds.

The primary king bedroom is on the third floor, two flights up from the front entrance, offering extra privacy and quiet. The bunk room is conveniently located on the first floor, making it a great option for kids or anyone who prefers fewer stairs.
Upstairs, the corner balcony is one of the best spots in the house. Catch the evening light, relax with a drink after dinner, or wind down here after a night downtown.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
You're in the heart of East Nashville, one of the city's most vibrant neighborhoods, known for its eclectic and artsy atmosphere, restaurants, coffee shops, live music, shopping, and laid-back local character. Momento Specialty Coffee is diagonally across the street, so your morning coffee is about a 90-second walk from the front door.
Five Points and many of East Nashville's favorite restaurants and bars are just minutes away. And only a half a mile up the road is Highland Yards, where you'll find restaurants, cafés, bars, shops, and beauty and wellness services. Cleveland Park is also nearby, while Shelby Bottoms Greenway offers miles of trails along the Cumberland River for walking, running, or simply getting outside.
When you're ready for downtown, Broadway is only about a 10-minute drive or rideshare away. Nissan Stadium, the Ryman Auditorium, Grand Ole Opry, Country Music Hall of Fame, Johnny Cash Museum, Fifth + Broadway, Nashville Farmers' Market, and Germantown are also within easy reach.
