THE HOMES
Lischey, 98 Degrees, and The Stage sit right next to each other, three-story townhomes that pair modern design with a bit of Southern warmth. Each one opens into a bright living area with a plush sectional, the easy place to land after a day out in the city. The kitchens are big and made for real use, with stainless steel appliances, sleek finishes, and an island lined with barstools for breakfast or late-night snacks. Every home also has a desk vanity, which works just as well for a few work emails as it does for getting ready before a night out.
