THE HOMES
Each townhome has its own personality. High Note keeps things clean and modern, with plenty of room for groups and a corner balcony that catches the evening light over the neighborhood. 98 Degrees adds some Southern flair to its modern design, starting with a bright, open living room built around a plush sectional. Its kitchen is made for group meals, with an island and barstool seating, stainless steel appliances, and sleek finishes. The sleeping arrangements mirror each other, which makes splitting up the group easy. Each home has two king bedrooms, a queen bedroom, and a bunk room with its own ensuite bathroom. At High Note, the primary king sits on the third floor, two flights up from the front entrance, for extra privacy and quiet, while the bunk room is on the first floor, a good fit for kids or anyone who would rather skip the stairs. At 98 Degrees, the primary suite has a king bed, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The second floor holds a king room and a queen room, each with a TV, sharing a hallway bathroom, and the fourth bedroom has a built-in bunk bed and its own ensuite.
With two balconies to choose from, there's always somewhere to slow down. Start the morning with coffee in the lounge seating on the covered balcony at 98 Degrees, then wind down on High Note's corner balcony after an evening downtown.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
East Nashville is known for its eclectic, artsy streak and laid-back local feel, with restaurants, coffee shops, live music, and shopping close by. Momento Specialty Coffee sits diagonally across the street from High Note, so your morning coffee is about a 90-second walk away. Five Points and many of the neighborhood's favorite restaurants are only minutes away, and Highland Yards, about half a mile up the road, adds more restaurants, cafés, shops, and beauty and wellness services. For time outside, Cleveland Park is nearby, and Shelby Bottoms Greenway offers miles of trails along the Cumberland River for walking, running, or simply getting some fresh air.
When the group is ready for downtown, the honky-tonks of Broadway are about 10 minutes away by car or rideshare. Nissan Stadium, the Ryman Auditorium, the Grand Ole Opry, the Country Music Hall of Fame, the Johnny Cash Museum, Fifth + Broadway, the Nashville Farmers' Market, and Germantown are all within easy reach.
