THE HOMES
High Note, 98 Degrees, and The Stage are modern three-story townhomes with bright, open interiors and a relaxed Southern-inspired style. Each home features a comfortable living area with a plush sectional, a contemporary kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an island with barstool seating, dining space, TVs, and a desk or vanity area. Covered balconies and private outdoor spaces extend the living areas, offering room for morning coffee, casual meals, sunset views, or an easy evening outdoors. THE BEDROOMS
Each townhome sleeps 8 across four bedrooms, for a total of 12 bedrooms and space for up to 24 guests. Across the buyout, sleeping arrangements include king and queen beds along with twin bunk rooms, giving families and groups flexibility when choosing where everyone will settle in. Each home includes a primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, a second king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a twin bunk room with its own ensuite bathroom. Additional full bathrooms serve the remaining bedrooms. The bedrooms also include TVs, and the bunk rooms offer a practical setup for children, friends, or guests who prefer a more flexible sleeping arrangement.
