•Pool/Spa heat is a paid feature and needs to be requested 48 hours in advance before the day of check-in.
•Pool with spa heat is just $250 per day, plus tax.
•SPA heat alone is $100 per day plus tax.
•Please note: Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (May - September).
•ATVs and dirt bikes are not allowed on the property.
•The spa jets in the bathtub are disabled for health and safety reasons.
•Please do not pick the avocado trees.
•Absolutely no exterior amplified music or there will be a $500 fine
•Please note: The pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time. More information will be provided in the guest manual upon your arrival.
•Due to the remote location of our properties guests may experience unannounced power outages.
•Wedding Ceremonies and Receptions are not allowed at this home.
•All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924).
•Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens are provided in the master closet.
•Riverside county has a strict "no burn" civil code. All wood-burning fires throughout the property are strictly prohibited.
•Fireplaces are not available for guest use due to local ordinances.
•The hot tub/spa/jacuzzi has a max temperature of 104° for safety reasons.
•Please note that we do not heat the in-ground spa prior to guest arrival.
•Please note that you must be at least 21 years old to book this home.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advance notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!
Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
