•We do not allow bookings that are less than 24 hours from check-in.
•This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
•Pool heat is a paid feature and needs to be requested 48 hours in advance before the day of check-in.
•Pool heat is $250 per day, plus tax.
•The SPA is currently out of order.
•Please note: Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (May - September).
•Please note that due to the secluded nature of our property, the roads leading to the home are dirt roads. Please plan your transportation accordingly
•ATVs and dirt bikes are not allowed on the property.
•Our putting green comes with mini golf putters. Please only use these putters on the green. Metal putters are not allowed, as they can damage the surface of the green.
•Please be aware that there are connectivity issues with the Wifi due to the location of this home.
•Absolutely no exterior amplified music or there will be a $500 fine
•Please be aware that most ride-share & transportation companies do not service this area.
•Please note: The pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time. More information will be provided in the guest manual upon your arrival.
•No events or parties are allowed at this property.
•Due to the remote location of our properties guests may experience unannounced power outages.
•All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924).
•Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
•Patio furniture, interior furniture, and specific rugs have been updated/changed since listing photos.
•Riverside county has a strict "no burn" civil code. All wood-burning fires as well as indoor/outdoor wood-burning fireplaces throughout the property are strictly prohibited.
•The piano is for decorative purposes only and is not available for guest use.
