Blue Mesa Lodge Penthouse is located on the top floor of the building that sits on the southeast side of the plaza. La Piazza restaurant is on the first floor. Building access is via the door on the northeast side, adjacent to The Inn at Lost Creek.
Enter this two-level condo from the fourth-floor hallway (elevator access) through the #40B doors to a large living space. The living room has a sofa-sleeper, TV with VCR and DVD player, and a balcony with views of the plaza below and San Sofia Ridge beyond. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and seats up to four at the breakfast bar that overlooks the living area. The dining room seats six. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower is located on the main floor of this residence. Up the spiral stairs is a loft with a queen bed, as well as a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
In the attached unit #40C, there is a sitting area, a nook with a queen bed, a TV with a VCR and DVD player, a kitchenette, and spiral stairs up to the loft with two twin beds (recommended for children). The bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
The third attached unit, #40A, has a queen bed in the loft and a sleeper sofa in the living room, as well as a kitchenette, sitting area, and a private bath with a shower/tub combination.

•Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.
This condo has one parking space in the Blue Mesa parking garage. Additional parking is available at the intercept lot for $25.00 per night.
