The second story of this home is comprised of two bedrooms; each has its own private bathroom and a queen bed. The first bedroom has a small corner mini sink and a step-in shower. The second bedroom has a full-size shower/tub combination with a sink just outside the door in the bedroom.
The third story of the home is the bright and airy living space with vaulted ceilings. The living room has a gas fireplace, double futon, flatscreen TV, Roku, DVD player and a small balcony with mountain and ski slope views. The adjacent dining room has seating for six. There are an additional two stools at the breakfast bar, which is open to the kitchen. The kitchen has granite counters, a coffeemaker, blender, microwave, dishwasher and all of the utensils needed to complete any meal. There is also a powder room on this level. A loft with two twin beds is located above the kitchen and is accessible via a ladder.
It is in the town of Telluride with easy access to the River Trail, Valley Floor, ski-in/ski-out access to Lift #7 and everything that Telluride has to offer.
