Upon entering the condo, guests are welcomed into a bright and airy living room with a queen sofa-sleeper, flatscreen TV with Roku and a door leading to the deck, which has stunning views of Ajax and Milkrun ski run, which is adjacent to the home. The living room is open to the kitchen, which has stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker and everything needed to make a complete meal. There is seating for four guests at the large breakfast bar.
The bedroom is located down the hallway and has a queen bed, flatscreen TV and great light from a wall of windows. The bathroom is located in the hallway and has a large step-in shower with a glass enclosure and a spacious vanity.
From the Etta Place complex, you can easily walk to historic downtown Telluride, just five blocks away. Access to the trails on the Valley Floor and skiing/snowboarding via Lift #7 are right out your door.
