Open to the living room is the dining room with a table that seats six and a full kitchen. The small deck off the living room enjoys views of the ski runs and surrounding mountains.
Down a hallway are the three bedrooms which have also been newly remodeled. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom with a large Jacuzzi bathtub and separate shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 twins. In the hallway is another bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Upstairs in the loft to your right, there is a bunk bed and to your left, there is a sofa sleeper. There is also a small desk and study area if you have to combine work and vacation. This condo also has a private washer and dryer and wireless internet.

•The shared hot tub will remain open all year except when it is closed for off-seasons - Monday after the mountain closes until Memorial Day, then Wednesday, October 26th until Wednesday, November 23rd.
•The shared pool is open seasonally and will be available from Memorial Day through the end of September and will NOT be available for the winter months.
•There is no A/C at this property.
•Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates.
•Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.
Parking Details:
One parking permit will be provided for one vehicle in the Shandoka parking lot on a first-come, first-serve basis. Additional parking is available at the Mountain Village Gondola Parking Garage, located behind the town hall, for $25 per night. Additional parking is available in the Heritage Parking Garage located off Mountain Village Blvd and across from the Hotel Madeline for $35 per 24-hour period.
This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib and a high chair available upon 24hr advanced request.
Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
