To enter this home, guests will ascend two flights of stairs before entering from the open-air walkway. Inside the entry, there is seating and a storage area for boots and other outdoor gear.
Down a short hallway is the great room, which has stunning vaulted ceilings and great views from every window. The great room is also home to a large living room, dining room, and kitchen.
The living room has a stone gas fireplace, comfortable seating for everyone, flatscreen TV with Roku and a DVD player, plus puzzles and games. Plus, a telescope! Guests can enjoy panoramic views of Ajax Peak from the three walls of windows. The dining room is adjacent to the living room and has a large wooden table with seating for six. The kitchen is open to the entire space and features a large granite island with two stools, stainless steel appliances, a crockpot, mixer, Keurig coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, and everything needed to complete any meal.
Spiral stairs located in the center of the room give guests access to an amazing 800-square foot private rooftop deck. The deck features 360-degree views, a gas grill, dining table, and lounge chairs - perfect for any summer gathering. The deck is not always accessible during the winter months due to snow.
On the other half of the home is the three bedrooms. The master bathroom has a king bed, flatscreen TV, DVD player, and an ensuite bathroom with in-floor heating, a step-in shower with a glass surround, and large single vanity.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, flatscreen TV and DVD player. A bathroom is located in the hallway and has a step-in shower with a glass surround and a single vanity. The third bedroom has two twin beds, a flatscreen TV, a DVD player, and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a step-in steam shower with a glass enclosure and a single vanity.
