This is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom home located on the parking lot level of the A building at the Riverside complex. Its location on the parking level paired with its one-story layout makes it easily accessible for guests.
Upon entering the home, guests are welcomed into a large living space with a living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room has plenty of light thanks to a large wall of windows with a sliding door leading to a private covered deck overlooking the San Miguel River. There is a gas fireplace, flatscreen TV with Roku and a DVD player, games, books and a queen sleeper sofa, too.
Adjacent to the living room is an open dining room that has seating for six with an additional three stools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is open to the entire living area, which makes it great for entertaining. It features granite counters, updated appliances, a microwave, toaster, blender, coffee-maker and everything needed to complete any meal.
Off the living area is a short hallway where both bedrooms are located. The master bedroom has a queen bed, flatscreen TV and views of the San Miguel River from a large window. The ensuite bathroom has an oversized tub/shower combination and a single vanity.
The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted into a king bed upon request, a flatscreen TV and a closet. The second bathroom is located off the hallway and has a step-in steam shower with a built-in seat and a single vanity.
Guests can enjoy wifi, a great location, and a ski locker located right outside of this home.
Downtown Telluride, the gondola, and Lift #8 are all within two short blocks of Riverside. Town Park is a stone's throw to the east, and the Bear Creek trailhead is just off the parking lot.
