This lovely two-bedroom, two-bathroom home is located in the D building of the Riverside complex. To enter the home, guests will descend a flight of stairs from the parking lot.
Upon entering the condo, guests will find a boot bench and storage area before the hallway opens up to a large great room. This area includes a living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room has a flatscreen TV, Roku, DVD player, southwestern-style gas fireplace and a queen pullout sofa. Sliding glass doors lead to a large covered deck with seating and a small table with views of Mt. Emma, the San Sophia Ridge and the valley.
The living room is open to the dining room, which has seating for eight with two additional stools at the breakfast bar. The adjacent kitchen has everything needed to cook at home, including a microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, blender and crockpot.
The bedrooms are located on the west side of the home off of a short hallway. The master bedroom has a king bed that can be split into two twins upon request, a flatscreen TV, DVD player and multiple windows, making it light and airy. The ensuite bathroom has a single large vanity and an oversized shower/tub combination. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be made into a king bed and a flatscreen TV. The bathroom is located in the hallway and has a large vanity and a step-in shower with built-in seating.
Guests can enjoy wifi, a great location, and a ski locker located right outside of this home.
The Riverside complex has two outdoor hot tubs with glass surrounds so you can enjoy the trees and views.
Downtown Telluride, the gondola and Lift #8 are all within two short blocks of Riverside. Town Park is a stone's throw to the east, and the Bear Creek trailhead is just off the parking lot.
