There's a kitchen, dining area, and lounge space complete with a widescreen television. Each suite has its own charm, but one lucky guest can stay in the casita, complete with an outside entrance, patio, and outdoor shower. The master bedroom also features a walk-in shower meant for two.
Throw open the french doors and step into the backyard, with its deep linear lap pool, large, well-maintained patios, fountain, and gardens. •Per the City of Palm Springs all reservations must complete a Virtual Check-In and sign a Vacation Rental Rules Acknowledgment form prior to arrival. AvantStay will reach out to coordinate these things after you've completed your booking.
•During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
