•Please note that during festivals such as Coachella, you will be unable to walk to the festival. Instead, you'll need to hire a golf cart, take your own car or take a shuttle service.
•Please be aware of wildlife such as insects, scorpions, and snakes. Our team does its best to check the home before your arrival, but please be mindful about leaving the doors & windows open during your stay.
•Pool heat is available at this home at an extra cost and needs to be requested at least 48 hours before your stay.
•Pool and spa heat is not available between May 1st and October 1st.
•Our desert pools are heated to a maximum temperature of 87 degrees.
•Please note that the small garage unit at Polo Villa 4 and 11 are not accessible to guests, and it is periodically used by housekeeping for supplies. For parking, the large garage unit is available and reserved for only guests.
•4 twin rollaway beds with pillows and bedding can be provided upon request and are included as part of your nightly rate.
•If you opt for pool heat please know that pool heat and spa heat can only be run one at a time, not concurrently.
•Our homes feature NFL Sunday Ticket programming through the TV's YouTube subscriptions in each room for full sports streaming entertainment
•Home is fully stocked with a coffee machine, coffee, laundry detergent, indoor and outdoor towels, kitchen cookware, Brita water filter, first-aid kit, hair dryers, and toiletries.
Parking Details:
Each home has access to multiple on-site parking spots. Please enquire for specific parking info of each home.
This home offers one pack n' play travel crib and one high chair. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!
Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
