•Pool heat is a paid feature and must be requested 24-48 hours before the day of check-in.
•During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this.
Parking Details:
•A maximum of 4 cars can be parked onsite.
•The garage and driveway can each accommodate two compact cars or one mid-sized/large car.
•No street parking is allowed after 7 pm, or vehicles will be towed at the guests' own expense.
•Limited parking in the community.
Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 30 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.
