Home Truths:
•Please be aware that during festivals like Coachella, although the Villas are within walking distance of the polo grounds, road closures and specific access points can extend the walking distance to the festival entrance to approximately 1.4 miles. While some guests choose to walk and walking is possible, we strongly recommend purchasing golf cart services for easier access.
•Please note that the small garage unit on property is not accessible to guests, and it is periodically used by housekeeping for supplies. For parking, there are two large garage units available and reserved for only guests.
•Pool heat is available at this home at an extra cost and needs to be requested at least 48 hours before your stay. Spa Heat is complimentary for guests.
•Pool heat is not available between May 1st and October 1st.
•Our desert pools are heated to a maximum temperature of 87 degrees. Please note that we do not exceed this temperature for pool heating.
•2 twin rollaway beds with pillows and bedding can be provided upon request and are included as part of your nightly rate.
•The Murphy bed available in our Media room can be prepared ahead of your arrival upon request. If you need assistance during your stay, please contact the AvantStay team. Please do not attempt to adjust the bed on your own.
•Home is fully stocked with a coffee machine, coffee, laundry detergent, indoor and outdoor towels, kitchen cookware, Brita water filter, first-aid kit, hair dryers, and toiletries.
•During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this.
Parking Details:
Each garage accommodates 5 cars.
Each driveway accommodates 3 compact cars.
This home offers one pack n' play travel crib and one high chair. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

The concierge services are provided by a local, third-party service that the managing host is assisting to arrange and are not affiliated with the property owner. By booking any of the available add-ons, the renter understands that they are not affiliated with the property owner, and the guest/renter agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the property owner for any and all claims related to any third-party activities.
Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
