•This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
•The dumpsters outside of the units are for commercial ground-floor tenants only. There are shared trash and recycling cans located inside the garage for Aerie guests.
•The electric grills must be turned off and unplugged after every use.
•The outdoor lighting at the property automatically turns on at dusk and off at dawn.
•This unit is located on the 3rd floor. Please note that all 3rd-floor units have 4 flights of stairs to access the main front door. There is no elevator, and the spaces are not ADA-compliant.
•Adjacent commercial and new home construction may be active during workday hours.

•Parking is available for your convenience.
•Each unit shares a garage with another unit, so guests must park in the designated parking space within the garage. Each reservation comes with one garage space and one driveway space.
All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.
