•Additional Charges: The total HOA fee depends on the number of guests, vehicles, and length of stay. If the total fee exceeds $300, the remaining balance will be charged separately.
•Registrations within 3 days are allowed, but to encourage early registration and to help staff manage incoming registrations, a late fee of $100 will be imposed for registrations made less than 3 days prior to arrival. No same-day registrations are allowed (the cut-off for same day is 11:59 PM the day before arrival).
•Changes to any aspect of the rental registration must be made not less than two (2) days prior to the arrival date, this includes Vehicle or Guest.
