Set across a 12.5-acre working vineyard in the heart of Temecula Wine Country, The Villa & The Casita at Vines Estate bring two private retreats together for couples, families, or friends who want to stay close without giving up their own space. Sitting approximately 400 feet apart, the two dwellings offer added privacy while keeping vineyard and mountain views, slow wine-country mornings, and approximately 50 nearby wineries at the center of the stay.
The newly built, 550-square-foot Villa brings a Tuscan-inspired feel with warm Mediterranean details, soft textures, and an inviting living area with a full-size sleeper sofa and 50-inch 4K Smart TV. The king bedroom includes a 55-inch 4K Smart TV, while the full bathroom and well-equipped kitchen make longer stays easy with granite countertops, full-size appliances, a dishwasher, drip coffee maker, toaster, cookware, and fiber internet. Outside, the private brick patio and BBQ grill set the scene for sunset meals with vineyard and mountain views. A Level 2 Tesla charger in the garage offers 32-amp charging when garage access is rented for $50 per night, which also includes complimentary use of the washer and dryer; Tesla charging is an additional $15 per day.
Up the hill, the Casita has its own quieter wine-country character. Large picture windows frame the surrounding vines from the living room, where a full sleeper sofa and TV give guests an easy place to unwind between tastings. The kitchenette includes granite countertops, curated glassware, reverse-osmosis drinking water at the coffee station, a drip coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, toaster, and Ninja air fryer/toaster oven for coffee, snacks, and light meals. The king bedroom has its own TV, while a spa-inspired Jack-and-Jill-style bathroom connects the bedroom with the living/sleeping area and pairs a walk-in shower with a soaking tub for an easy end-of-day reset.
Outside, each retreat gives the group its own way to settle into the vineyard setting. The home is regularly serviced and inspected, and we simply recommend keeping an eye on children and pets, especially in the evenings. Refunds are not provided for occasional wildlife or insect sightings.
•This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay's approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
•Washer and dryer access is available only with the Villa garage rental, which costs $50 per night.
•These are two small, separate dwellings located on a working vineyard. The owner resides in the main residence. The Villa and Casita are approximately 400 feet apart, with the Villa situated down the driveway from the Casita, giving each space added privacy.
•Two Level 2 Tesla chargers are available at the property. The Casita charger has 48-amp charging capacity and costs $15 per day. The Villa charger has 32-amp charging capacity and is located in the garage. It is available only when garage access is rented for $50 per night, and Tesla charging costs an additional $15 per day.
•Both homes include a pullout sofa. These pull-outs are best suited for kids or smaller guests and may feel tight/short for taller adults.
•Please note: The electric fireplaces in both homes are decorative only and do not provide heat. They feature visual flame effects and audio/crackling sounds.
•Working Vineyard -- This is an active vineyard, and normal vineyard operations may take place during your stay. You may occasionally see or hear staff, maintenance equipment, or tractors tending the vines and grounds.
Parking Details:
•Park up to 2 vehicles in front of each unit. Please do not block the garage.
•RV parking can accommodate 1--2 RVs up to 40 feet each at the same time.
•RV parking is available only in the designated RV parking spot and is for parking purposes only. Overnight stays or sleeping in RVs are not permitted.
•RV parking includes a 50-amp hookup and water connection for $15 per night.
•There is no RV dump or sewer hookup.
•A separate service entry must be used for RVs.
All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.
