The Ranch
Step inside this seven-bedroom, five-bathroom estate where classic interiors meet modern entertainment. The sunlit main living room features soaring windows and plenty of space to gather. A pool table and foosball add to the fun, while the chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances and large island makes entertaining easy. Outdoors, enjoy a sparkling pool, multiple al fresco dining spaces, and upper balconies perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets.
The Tennis Ranch
Next door, this eight-bedroom, six-bathroom retreat offers sweeping vineyard views and a resort-like atmosphere. Natural light fills the living spaces, where a grand piano sets the scene for elegant evenings and a pool table and Ultimate Arcade game keep the fun going. The chef's kitchen is stocked for shared meals, while outdoors you'll find a sparkling pool, hot tub, shaded gazebo, firepit lounge on the oversized balcony, children's playground, and a private tennis court that doubles as a basketball court.

Home Truths:
•Our home is in a rural area where wildlife and insects are common. While the property is regularly serviced and inspected, occasional encounters may occur indoors or outdoors. Please supervise children and pets, especially at night. Refunds will not be issued for such occurrences.
•Please note that the bedroom layout may differ from what is showcased in the photos. For any queries, please do not hesitate to reach out.
•Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
•Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
•Pool and/or spa heat is a paid feature and must be requested 24--48 hours before check-in. It must be purchased for the entire duration of your stay.
•Pool heat is available at $150 per day, per pool, and runs on propane. Spa heat only is available for $50 per night.
