•Keep the garage door closed overnight. The HOA has recently issued citations for garage doors left open, so please close it whenever the garage is unattended.
•Trash bins go out in front of the home on Sunday evening and must be returned Monday after pickup.
•This is a non-smoking and non-vaping property, indoors and out.
•Outdoor music is not permitted at any time.
•Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. All gatherings and activities must move indoors at that time.
•Community pools are open daily from 7 AM to 10 PM.
•Pickleball & Tennis Access: As our guest, you're welcome to use the community's pickleball and tennis courts.
