Aspen Hollow was made for the trips where everyone actually comes --- the cousins, both sides of the family --- and nobody has to draw straws for a bed. Four bedrooms come with enough beds to sleep up to sixteen, so there's always somewhere to land, and the middle of the house is a great room built to hold a crowd: a long harvest table set for a proper sit-down dinner, open sightlines from the kitchen straight through to the couches, and stone fireplaces throwing off that lodge glow the minute the Pocono air turns cool. (Max occupancy is capped at ten, which just means room to spread out.)

The layout keeps everyone together without anyone feeling on top of each other. There's room to split off --- a card game at one end, a movie on the other, someone reading by the fire --- and then pull back together when it's time to eat. The kitchen is fully equipped for the kind of cooking a full house demands, with a breakfast bar for the early risers and enough counter space that two or three people can work a big meal at once. When the weather's right, the sliding doors open the whole thing up to the deck.

Rest is sorted for every kind of traveler. The primary bedroom pairs a queen with its own attached full bath --- a classic shower-and-tub combo for soaking off a day on the mountain. The second bedroom flexes with a queen plus a twin, ideal for a parent-and-kid pairing or a friend who wants their own space. A third queen room keeps another couple comfortable, and then there's the room the kids will fight to claim: a dedicated bunk room with three full-over-twin bunks, sleeping the whole younger contingent (or the last ones to call a bed) in one happy pile.

Outside, the deck steps into a quiet, wooded lot --- the trees-and-birdsong version of the Poconos --- with a BBQ grill and plenty of room to spread out with a drink while dinner comes together.

Come evening, the house lights up warm against the woods, and the only real decision left is inside by the fire or outside under the stars.

The setting is the quiet part of the Poconos, but the good stuff is minutes away. You're right by Camelback Mountain --- skiing, snowboarding, and snow tubing all winter, then Camelbeach's waterpark, the mountain coaster, and the treetop adventure course once it warms up. Aquatopia Indoor Waterpark is less than a mile away, so there's a splash on tap no matter the season. The Crossings Premium Outlets are just up the road for a rainy-afternoon shopping run, and Big Pocono State Park crowns the mountain with hiking trails and a lookout that stretches across three states on a clear day. Great Wolf Lodge and Kalahari's indoor waterparks are close by for the little ones, and the Delaware Water Gap adds rafting, kayaking, and some of the best fall foliage in the Northeast. Whatever the season, there's a full day out the door and a warm, roomy home to come back to.
