The Royal Palms

Some houses in Palm Springs whisper mid-century. This one grins. Four bedrooms sleep eight. The primary king has its own ensuite, a second king sits nearby, and two queen rooms round out the house, one with its own ensuite as well.

You're on the calm south side of Palm Springs here, less than a mile from the vintage and design shops along South Palm Canyon and about five minutes from the restaurants, galleries, and nightlife of downtown. Tahquitz Canyon's waterfall trail is minutes away, Indian Canyons is a short drive south, and the Aerial Tramway can have you 8,000 feet up the mountain before lunch.
