Harmony House is a three-story townhome in East Nashville with tall windows and a clean, modern feel. Natural light moves through the rooms over the course of the day, and there's enough space for a group to settle in without feeling packed together. Some of the city's best restaurants are a few minutes away, and Broadway is an easy ride downtown.
The main floor is one open space, with the living room, dining table, and kitchen all in view of each other. A long island sits in the middle and ends up being where everyone gathers, whether that's for breakfast, dinner prep, or a conversation that runs later than planned. The kitchen has stainless appliances and a full set of cookware, along with a blender, toaster, and a dual coffee maker that works with K-Cups or regular grounds.
Because the bedrooms are spread across different floors, it's easier for people to keep their own schedules. The king bedroom is on the first floor. Upstairs are two queen bedrooms and a bunk room with a full-over-twin, which works well for kids or anyone who doesn't mind a top bunk. The bathrooms have granite vanities and walk-in showers. There are streaming TVs in the living room and the bedrooms, and a washer and dryer in the unit for longer stays.
There's also a good supply of games for nights at home. Catan, Codenames, Scrabble, Yahtzee, and Uno are on hand, and Giant Jenga and Block Toss are there when the group wants to get up and move around.
The neighborhood has a strong food scene, with chef-driven restaurants, local coffee roasters, and small bakeries nearby. Five Points is about seven minutes away. Shelby Park and the Shelby Bottoms Greenway are around ten minutes out and have miles of trails along the Cumberland River. Ellington Parkway gets you to Broadway in about ten minutes, passing Nissan Stadium on the way, and the Grand Ole Opry is roughly twelve minutes east. After a full day out, it's a comfortable place to come back to.
