•Each building has access to a Bocce Ball court, bbq, and firepit. There is also a communal pool shared by all guests.
•There is 1 queen-sized sleeper sofa in each kitchen/living area for additional sleeping options.
•The Blackhaus offers a wide variety of booking options, from 1-bedroom rooms to 2, 4, 8, or even a 16-bedroom buyout. The 1 bedroom option is the only listing that does not have a kitchen, laundry, Bocce Ball court, firepit/fireplace, or private BBQ access. Please reach out if you have any questions or inquiries.
•Per the City of Palm Springs, all reservations must complete a Virtual Check-In and sign a Vacation Rental Rules Acknowledgment form prior to arrival. AvantStay will reach out to coordinate these things after you've completed your booking
•During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this.
Parking Detail:
•Parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis. There are a total of 11 parking spaces onsite.
Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.
