What Our Guests Are Saying

Coachella Valley, CA

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! Here’s the feedback I received from our group: LIKES: Easy check-in Ample parking Nice, quiet neighborhood Close to Walmart, Starbucks and other fast-food. Park just a short walk away for kids or sniffing doggies Lots of pool towels and outdoor seating Good size bedrooms Umbrellas to make shaded areas around pool Nice, soft sheets and comfy pillows Nice BBQ grill Good stock of kitchen items (except tupperware which we left there after purchasing) Really loved the pool and the shallow area worked great for a toddler. Appreciated high chairs and pack n'play were provided DISLIKES: In a house meant for large groups, could really use a second fridge in garage for beverages and extra food. Not a lot of area in common rooms for large group when it’s hot outside (we had 7 adults, one toddler) Plenty of stylish bar stools, but not very comfy to sit in Some of the bed frames were slightly rickety (first guest room king-size bed and front room king-size bed) Had to really hold down toilet handle to flush fully Sprinklers seemed to go off at inconvenient times when we were trying to beat the heat in the pool (7:20am, 7:50pm), also made small grass area by patio pretty muddy Was way too hot in the garage to enjoy the pool table (temps ranged from 105-111 during our visit) AC cooled the house and rooms nicely, but seemed inconsistent. When the system got to temp and turned off, it got uncomfortable to sleep, but worked well when on. Was always worried about being “too loud” since 60 dba is basically two people talking, but we didn’t have any complaints from property or neighbors even though we were talking/laughing at normal levels and had a small bluetooth speaker playing low music. Lots of fireworks in the area. If you have a small child that sleeps early or anxious pet, this might not be the best area around firework-heavy holidays.

Wow! This home is beautiful and the photos don’t do it justice. You’ll be more amazed when you walk in. The house is beautiful and it’s completely stocked. Avant- Stay has thought of everything and my party couldn’t be happier! All bedrooms have two plush sets of fresh smelling towels along with Grown Alchemist bath products!! They surprise you with complimentary hats, totes, drink coolers, snacks, lemonade along with a starter bag of ice and refrigerated cold alcoholic beverages to get your party started and they have the most convenient app which provides you with all necessary house information and easy and convenient ways to contact the staff should any issue arise. Their communication is stellar and quick and they’re accommodating and friendly to any request. The kitchen is amazing and every kitchen tool or gadget that you might need you’ll find in one of the many soft close cabinets and drawers. The bedrooms are spacious and linens buttery soft and lush. They also provide a mini iPad that you can control pool and spa temperatures and jets along with pool lights so you never need to leave the pool. The pool water temp is perfect and you’ll find tubes, fresh pool towels in each room and umbrellas on the tanning shelf in the pool. There’s a Sonos bar so you can listen to your favorite music throughout the house while food prepping for the grill. They have truly thought of everything to make your sty the most enjoyable possible. This is a perfect fit for those looking for luxury accommodations, high end amenities and 5 star service in a private, unobtrusive setting. If you enjoy the setting of a five star, luxury resort style home as opposed to renting a home where it feels like someone else’s home then look no further. You will be beyond thrilled. Can’t wait to book our next Airbnb rental with Avant!

Overall a really really great stay! The good: The beds were nice and firm (just how I like em!) and the bedding felt luxurious. The kitchen had a good number of plates and utensils, and the dishwasher worked great! Good number of both bath and pool towels in the home which was nice as well. Extra box fans in the closets were also quite nice to have! One of the guest bedrooms (off the kitchen through the garage) is a bit odd, but worked well for us because it gave an extra level of privacy to some in our group. It was also cooler than the rest of the house, which was great since we came in June. I also really appreciated the fun amenities in the house. The fuze-ball table, card games, ping pong table, record player, etc we’re all great perks! The back yard is well appointed, and the number of umbrellas in the backyard was really great to help keep everyone cool and enjoy the pool. The house is also pretty close to several grocery and other essentials stores (Costco, sprouts, Trader Joe’s, target, etc) which made it easy for us to do our shopping for the trip!

The meh: The pots and pans that come with the house are all pretty small, so if you plan on cooking for your group for part of your stay, you may want to bring large pans if you’re able. The pool was really quite warm in the summer. No fault to the property owners, but something to be aware of. After 10am or so it really isn’t refreshing or cool, but closer to old bath temperature. It was kinda nice in the evening once the sun had gone down, but I was surprised at the warmth.

The bad: The beds frames are quite loud. I could hear every time my brother in the next room rolled over or got up to use the restroom. No curtain in the kitchen made it quite warm in the morning while the sun shone in.

Our family consisted of 13 adults, a 2 year old and 3 babies . Everyone thought the house and villa was AMAZINGLY PERFECT. The house was huge, beautiful and comfortably furnished. (The separate villa was gorgeous and convenient also). The kitchen 2 dining areas, living room and bar/pool table lounge area was where we mostly hung out. 8 King beds in large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms helped everyone be very comfortable. The kitchen was equiped with every appliance you could think of, with plenty of dishes, wine glasses, etc. The outdoor area was enormous and was a gated private garden with beautiful seating areas and gorgeous landscaping and beautiful evening lighting. The extra out door lounge area with couches and games and a bar was also popular with my family for hanging out. Andy, our barbecue expert, used the huge outdoor grill area. Everyone used the pool, hot tub, lounge chaises and umbrellas every day. There is a tennis court /pickle ball court and rackets, two golf holes and 2 tee off platforms and golf clubs, ping pong table and rackets, 2 boche ball courts, corn hole games a huge fire pit that seats 16, lemon trees with fresh lemons, grapefruit, and pomelo. This 6 night stay was incredibly fun and comfortable for all of us.

We had such an amazing stay at this home. We were a big group with eight adults and a lot of kids of all different ages, and everyone fit so comfortably.

The bunk room was perfect for the kids. There are four full bunk beds plus an extra rollout trundle underneath, which worked out so well and made it easy for all the kids to stay together. Every bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus for a group our size.

The kitchen was fully stocked with absolutely everything you could think of. It made cooking and hosting so easy. The indoor and outdoor dining tables were large enough to seat all 20 of us comfortably, which is rare and such a big win for big families.

The pool is massive, you can actually swim laps in it, and the tennis court having AC was such a nice surprise and made it enjoyable even during warmer parts of the day.

They also had thoughtful touches like high chairs in the garage, which was so helpful for my five month old. The linens were very clean, and there were p

We had a great stay in Bermuda Dunes. We had a large family group trip with 10 adults, 4 kids, 3 toddlers, and one dog. We fit in the house easily and never felt crammed. The pool area and lawn area were lovely and quite expansive. Its also fully fenced in which is great for pets and kids. The indoor tennis warehouse at the back of the property is a gem. Great courts and even decent racket and balls provided.

The kitchen was larger than what we were expecting from the pics and nicely situated between the outdoor deck area and the rest of the house. There is also a large beverage fridge outside that was very helpful with our large group.

A lot of bedrooms and bathrooms and each one is fully appointed with extra sheets, pillows, towels, etc.

The internet was a little spotty at times but nothing that was too much of a problem for us vacationing. However, if we were trying to work from the house or take zoom calls that might have been tough.

Lovely stay and we will be back!
