Tidal House is a great place to relax while exploring Fort Lauderdale, and the AvantStay team is very helpful and kept everything smooth for our group throughout our trip. The pool area is great, a huge draw, as nice as it looks in the photos, our group loved hanging out by it. We made good use of the grill and kitchen too. Everything was clean and well-stocked. Check-in instructions couldn’t have been easier, and we had no trouble with the wifi (fast enough for video calls for work) or with anything else. It’s a quiet, residential neighborhood, as advertised, and there’s not much within walking distance but the location makes it easy to explore the city and surrounding area by a quick car ride. There may be bikes for future stays too, to make this even easier. Tea, coffee, AC, clean and comfortable beds - we had everything we needed and were very pleased with the house our whole trip. One additional note, we had some travel issues pop up on our last morning, multiple flights canceled just as we were checking out, and Kelly and the AvantStay team were immediately responsive and kind enough to let us check out later so we could figure out alternate travel plans from the comfort and cool of the house. She and her team were friendly, professional, and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again.
I honestly could not recommend this company enough!! We rented through them on air bnb for my sisters bachelorette party. When we walked in, they left us welcome gifts and the place was spotless. Instructions for check in, check out, and everything in between like using the grill or using the pool heater was all written down and easy to find through their app. They were constantly available by text for any of our questions and replied immediately with a friendly and helpful attitude. The best part is they even offer services like meal packages, transportation, and even hiring a private chef for those traveling in from a different state. This place was located 20 minutes from the beach and the main strip full of restaurants and bars with huge parking lots for easy access. I would easily choose to go through them again!
We loved our stay at Charlie's Place. It had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the floorplan with the primary bedroom and bathroom on one side of the house and the other two bedrooms and bathroom on the opposite side. The kitchen was well-stocked and there was plenty of seating for our group of 7. We also loved how the TV room could be used as a bedroom, we weren't planning on using it that way but our daughter loved it so much that she took the room for herself. We also loved how the TV room opened up to the back deck with seating and hot tub. It was conveniently located to beaches, restaurants, stores, and activities. It was only around 20 minutes from the FLL airport and cruise terminal.
