This is a newly built home with high-end finishes and a bright, open layout. Tall windows pull the red rocks and junipers right into the living room, where a long sectional faces a sleek fireplace and the whole space flows into the kitchen and dining area. Cooks will be happy here. The chef's kitchen has a large quartz island with seating, double wall ovens, and plenty of room to spread out, and the dining table seats six with a view of the trees.
When it's time to slow down, the movie room is ready for a film and a bowl of popcorn. The family room adds a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests.
Sleeping arrangements are simple and comfortable. The primary suite has a king bed and a bathroom with a deep soaking tub. A second bedroom has a double bed, and the third has a queen. Two full bathrooms and a half bath keep mornings moving.
Outside, the covered lounge is where most evenings end up. Light the fire pit, fire up the BBQ, and eat at the outdoor dining table while the rocks change color. Mornings out here are just as good with a coffee in hand.
The location puts you in the heart of Sedona's south side, a few minutes' drive from the shops, galleries, and restaurants that make the town famous. Tlaquepaque's courtyards and art studios are close by, and Uptown's boutiques and dining are a short drive north. Hikers can reach the Chapel of the Holy Cross, Cathedral Rock, Bell Rock, and the Little Horse Trail in minutes, then be back home for a late lunch on the deck.
