•Pool heat is available October-April for an additional fee.
•Pool heat must be requested at least 48 hours before your stay.
•Pool heat and spa heat can only be run one at a time, not concurrently. In other words, the system can either be in "Pool Mode" or it can be in "Spa Mode." It cannot be in both modes at the same time.
•This property is located on a dirt road, it is a short drive from a paved road. The dirt is compacted and easy to drive on, but recent weather events have created dips and bumps that may challenge low-clearance vehicles.
•Please be aware that wildlife such as insects, scorpions, and snakes may be present. Our team does their best to check the home before your arrival, but be mindful about leaving the doors & windows open during your stay.
•Please note that the living room fireplace does not work.
•Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
•This property has exterior video surveillance and noise alert decibel monitoring systems in common areas to ensure guest security and compliance with local laws. Cameras are located by the front entry.
