•This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
•Pool heat is $150/night + tax, available upon request with at least 24-hour notice. Minimum 3 consecutive nights; must be booked for the entire stay.
•Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (May 1 - October 1).
•The BBQ igniter is not functional and must be lit using a long lighter. Detailed instructions can be found in the guest manual.
•Per the City of Palm Springs all reservations must complete a Virtual Check-In and sign a Vacation Rental Rules Acknowledgment form before arrival. AvantStay will reach out to coordinate these things after you've completed your booking.
Parking Details:
•A maximum of 4 cars can be parked onsite. 1 car can be parked in the garage, and 4 cars can be parked in the driveway.
•Some street parking is available. Please avoid parking in front of neighboring properties.
•Unfortunately, there is no charger for electric vehicles.
All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, please follow the City of Palm Springs vacation rental regulations.
•Quiet Hours: 10 PM--10 AM. Please keep outdoor conversations and activities at a low volume to avoid disturbing neighbors.
•Noise & Music: Outdoor music, speakers, TVs, and amplified sound are strictly prohibited at all times. Indoor music must not be audible outside the property.
•Pool Use: Keep noise and pool activities at a reasonable level. Excessive shouting or disturbances are prohibited.
•Minimum Age: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and provide a valid government-issued ID.
•Pets: Dogs must be leashed when outside the property. Please clean up after pets and prevent excessive barking.
•Trash & Recycling: Keep trash in designated containers and out of public view. Follow scheduled collection guidelines.
•Guest Responsibility: The primary renter is responsible for ensuring all guests comply with local regulations.
•Important: Violations may result in fines starting at $500, citations, or immediate eviction.
