Square footage is the starting point, not the finish line. Our large group homes are selected for open-plan living areas, outdoor spaces, and amenities — private pools, game rooms, wraparound decks — that make a group trip actually work.
Every AvantStay property is professionally inspected and hotel-clean before you arrive. What you see in the listing is exactly what you get, backed by 24/7 support throughout your stay.
Palm Springs is defined by its desert landscape, mid-century modern architecture, and a resort culture that's built into the city's DNA. Dramatic mountain backdrops, championship golf courses, world-class spas, and a dining scene that punches above its weight make it a destination for groups wanting style and sunshine. A stay here is about outdoor living — pool days, desert hikes, sunset cocktails. Groups book large Palm Springs homes specifically for the private pool and outdoor entertaining space. The architecture and design of these homes — often mid-century estate properties — becomes part of the vacation experience itself. One home with a resort-quality setup beats booking multiple hotel rooms by a significant margin.
I have no words for the most beautiful and magical week we just spent at this property. Well worth every penny. First, the location can’t be beat - walking distance to the best restaurants, coffee shops, and shops. We really didn’t NEED a car at all - except for a grocery run.
The house is BEAUTIFUL - the furniture, decor, windows, grounds, and original features were completely in line with the history of the house. It has a quiet elegance that was perfect. The beds are comfortable and bathrooms are plenty.
The view, the pool, and the outdoor gathering areas were the real winners this week - we could have stayed forever.
Management was communicative and thorough and quickly dealt with one issue on a Friday night - thank you! The main bedroom “wing” is warmer than the rest of the house and the internet is not strong. Those were the only minor issues.
All in all — one of the best vacation stays of my life!
We were here for a sisters family reunion and the house was perfect for our stay! We were looking for a place to hang out and enjoy each others company since we all live far away from each other and this place met our expectations. Having a pool on one side of the house and a backyard setting with plenty of hang-out furniture was exactly what we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, along with the perfect pillows and bedding (I am a harsh critic on this one), along with TV's in each room which was also fantastic. The kitchen had everything we needed and we had several meals on the nice big table in the dining room. The neighborhood looks like it is up and coming, quiet, and close to the airport if that is important. A little further from downtown, but overall a great location and close to a park. I would highly recommend this house for a gathering!
We stayed in this home with our 3 adult children and their significant others (total of 8). There was plenty of room for all of us to live and play for a week without feeling cramped. We loved all of the fun amusements at the house and used almost them all (pool, hot tub, bocce, ping-pong table, tv/game room, fire pit). The kitchen was small, but well equipped. We managed several dinners for 12 when friends dropped by without a hitch! The location was great, with easy access to town and local hikes, but also great for dog walks and runs right out the door. Avant Stay were great hosts. They were very proactive with check-in details and contact information in case anything went awry (it didn't), and their orientation binder included any other detail we needed. We would definitely stay at this house again!
The Wesley Hotel is a fantastic vacation rental! We don't usually rent hotel rooms, but I am so glad we chose this space! The hotel is quaint and mod - great architecture and design, with lots of cute touches. It is a small hotel, 10 rooms, so it was never too crowded or loud. The pool is excellent and so is the shared hot tub! All of the grounds are well kept and full of fun additions - games, outdoor BBQ, and great places to lounge about. The free bike use is an excellent amenity! Palm Springs is a great place for biking around, and the hotel is in a great central location, easy for biking, walking, or taking a car. This hotel is near it all! Our room was a studio (not too small - good sized), with a small well-stocked kitchen area, really convenient for preparing a quick meal or nice dinner. The bed is super comfortable! And the best part was the private patio with our own BBQ - we really enjoyed relaxing back there for dinner and coffee in the morning. This hotel would be excellent for large groups who want to rent multiple rooms. We're excited to visit again with friends! Communication with Elizabeth was quick and easy, and check in was a breeze. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Palm Springs!
Tiny pool - The pool is much smaller than it looks in the photos but still suitable for a quick dip. It also has the worst kind of tree (the palo verde) next to the pool. Not only attracting tons of bees but also constantly shedding its flowers into the pool. The floating tree debris was unpleasant.
Ants!! 2 of the suits had an red ant issue. They came in from the cracks in the cement floors. The ants were crawling all over our food in the kitchen and one of us was bitten by them.
Drone!! While we were in the pool, a mysterious drone kept circling the property and zoomed in on us. We felt targeted! As a large group of females, this felt extremely invasive. The property is next to an abandon building and an apartment complex across the street. There's no way it was filming anything but us in the pool. What an invasion of privacy! Fortunately, the drone disappeared after 15 minutes and never returned.
Despite these issues, we'd still stay again. Very relaxing & quiet.
This was a beautiful AirBnb, extremely spacious & clean, with great amenities. AvantStay was incredibly responsive and quick to help with anything we needed. We stayed in a double king suite which was great for four people, you could also have a fifth in the couch. The pool is shared and pretty small but was great in the 100°+ weather. There’s also washer/dryer which was convenient. Each room had outdoor access with a nice patio, and there was a grill that we used for dinner one night. The bathrooms were stocked with clean towels & shampoo/conditioner/body wash. The kitchen had plenty of dishwater, utensils, pots/pans, Tupperware etc. they also provide salt/pepper, olive oil, sugar, & coffee. The location isn’t too walkable, but it’s about 2-3 blocks from the Main Street. There is a grocery store & liquor store about a block away but we spent more our time at the Airbnb. If you had a large group ~20 people this would be an even better place to stay & rent out multiple units. 10/10!
